Donimirski Pałac Pugetów Business Centre is a firm that was founded in 1990 by Jerzy Donimirski. Mr Donimirski had regained a property that had been owned by his family since its foundation in the year 1872. This reclaimed heritage – the Pugetów Palace along with its subsidiary buildings - was converted and extended into a business centre. It has approximately 5000 sq m of office space, complemented by conference and reception halls, a hotel and a guarded car park. The complex is situated in the city centre.
The business centre offers office spaces of the highest standard. These are situated either in the exquisitely renovated Neo-renaissance Palace or in the subsidiary buildings [oficyna]. The interior layout makes it possible to rent small spaces as well as grand offices. The available spaces may be additionally adapted by the Donimirski company according to the needs of the tenants. It is possible to modify the interior design, to join or to divide spaces, to build partition walls, or to lower the ceilings etc. The entire centre is guarded 24 hours a day by professional staff and it is also monitored by surveillance cameras. Firms that take up premises in the Pugetów Palace can also opt to join our cleaning and maintenance services. The rent contracts are flexible in terms of duration, whilst general rent terms are subject to individual negotiations.
At the moment both renowned international corporations and small local businesses have rented premises in the Palace.
The conference and reception centre has over 200 sq m usable space. It is a perfect venue for receptions of all kinds, conferences, business or political engagements. The most prestigious rooms in the Pugetów Pałace belong to the conference centre. Additionally, a 24 hour guarded car park that has space for 130 vehicles is at our clients’ disposal.
As mentioned previously, the Donimirski Pałac Pugetów Business Centre has its own hotel. Its hallmarks are cosy, individually designed interiors that skillfully combine traditional Polish style with modern conveniences such as satellite TV, air-conditioning and swift internet access. There is also an Italian restaurant Il Calzone, which offers delectable cuisine from the Mediterranean.
Among the firms that have taken up residence in the Pugetów Palace are: a real estate agency which deals with the renting of luxury homes and apartments in Krakow and its environs; banks, a car rental firm, a tourist office and a truly Polish speciality –a cukiernia [patisserie].
